She’s one of NZ’s best lawyers, always very pragmatic and commercial” and renowned for her strength in M&A and securities offerings. The Corporate team is also ranked Band 1 with their ability to handle heavy workloads and complex transactions further highlighted in this with feedback such as, “We have asked them to go above and beyond on a number of occasions in the past few years, and they delivered time and time again,” and, “Very strong position in the market because they’re very responsive to their clients. They’ll get the work done in time with very high-quality advice.”
